Assembly Update

The Assembly met on July 16 2025, all members were in attendance.

the meeting was opened with a welcome from the chair, a moment of silence and a land acknowledgement. The Hidden Words #5 was read the the tribal value Reverence for our Creator was mentioned.

Opening Prayer was at 6:50

The letter from National dated 12 July 2025 for the feast of Kalimát was read aloud and reviewed.

Secretary's Report

An official lease agreement was drawn up and signed by our tenant and the secretary.
the website has been moved to a new server and the design template has been changed - the actual data base structure that drives the site has not changed

Treasurer's Report:

Treasurer reports she will contact the bank to see of they can take Zell transactions for donations. If yes, she will bring it to the Assembly for consultation.
Consultation on amount to reserves to hold in the Rental housing account. This decision will be held until we have a figure on window replacement
Suggestion to have a garage sale in August.

New business

Native Outreach
- Reach out to Native leaders to address events or do land Acknowledgements
- Add indigenous members to our home visits and bring a gift.

- Will be speaking on tribal values in Palmer she will be out of town July 18th through the 28th at invitation of the National Growth Committee.
Family Promise, should we continue Adam
- Resolved: the Assembly will continue to support the project.
- 8/24/25 - Bahai and Hispanic Penecostal at Church of the Nazarene
Fall Meeting schedule
- Meetings will be on Monday 6:30 starting April 4th
